My photographic style is documentary: I wait for decisive moments and record the genuine emotions of a wedding without unnecessary direction. I work in Mellunkylä and Helsinki, specializing in wedding photography — my goal is to tell the story of your day visually and honestly. In weddings I look for naturalness, small gestures and moments that linger in memory. As a wedding photographer I take a calm, present role. I don’t over-direct; I follow the flow of the day and watch for moments where emotion and story come together in composition and light. This documentary approach allows for authentic portraits and atmospheres — portraits that feel like you, not posed versions of you. Engagement sessions (engagement and pre-wedding shoots) are an excellent way to get to know each other and create relaxed images to use on the wedding day. What my clients appreciate: a calm presence, the ability to spot and anticipate moments, and a way of telling the whole story. I collaborate openly with couples — listening to wishes, scouting suitable locations together, and aiming to make the photography day as effortless as possible.
