I’m Jussi Rekiaro, a wedding photographer based in Lauttasaari, and my passion is to capture the genuine moments of your wedding as they are experienced. My speciality is wedding photography: I work in a documentary and atmospheric way so the images tell your story naturally, without excessive posing. What matters most to me is presence, sensitivity and the ability to anticipate moments — those small expressions and touches that make the day unique. My working style is calm and flexible. We’ll meet before your wedding to discuss your wishes and plan the shoot’s mood: whether you prefer a more intimate, documentary approach or a slightly more directed style for couple portraits. On the wedding day I aim to blend in with your guests — I’ll guide subtly when needed, but let most of the event unfold naturally. This approach produces sincere, timeless images that endure for generations. My local knowledge of Lauttasaari and the greater Helsinki area helps me find the best locations and light at different times of year and day. My experience in wedding photography covers a wide variety of styles and celebrations; you’ll also see my ability to help even camera‑shy couples relax and enjoy the moment. I also offer engagement sessions and wedding films as complementary services, with the main emphasis always on wedding photography. I occasionally take on family or portrait work in my free time, and I can provide corporate or event photography when available, but my strongest expertise and passion lie in weddings.
