Hi — I’m Tuija Elonen, a wedding photographer from the Salo area. Wedding photography is one of my greatest passions: I aim to capture the genuine emotions of the day, the quiet glances and those small, unexpected moments that make your celebration uniquely yours. I primarily work in Salo and Southwest Finland, but I’m happy to travel further by arrangement — for example to the Raasepori and Rauma regions. My style blends a documentary approach with carefully composed portraits. I strive to be present yet unobtrusive: observing moments and responding to natural, touching situations. During portrait sessions I calm the pace and offer gentle guidance so that being in front of the camera feels effortless and enjoyable. My clients particularly appreciate my calm working manner and the way the coverage progresses unhurriedly while honoring the day’s atmosphere. Contact often starts with a planning meeting — preferably face-to-face, but remotely if needed. Together we go through your wishes, the key moments and possible locations so that on the wedding day we can be fully present for the experience. It’s important to me that the photography feels comfortable and authentic to you; that’s why I invest in preparation and flexible communication. In post-production I look for the red thread of the story: colors and mood are refined with care so the images bring back the feeling of the day every time you view them. I treat publications with respect — I will not publish your photos without permission, and I typically appreciate a photographer credit when images are shared. Although wedding photography is my main focus, I also offer related services for events and occasions as needed.
