I’m Elli Toivonen, a photographer working in Salo whose passion is preserving weddings. My photographic journey began with dogs and gradually moved into photographing children — from there it led naturally to couples and wedding days. As a mother living a busy everyday life, I understand how small moments build a larger story, and I strive to bring that sensitivity into the wedding images I create. My style is documentary yet warm: I look for those authentic, often fleeting moments a wedding day offers — the remnants of laughter, looks, clasped hands, and the small details that make your day uniquely yours. I am technically confident behind the camera, but what matters most to me is creating a relaxed and safe atmosphere where couples and guests can be themselves. The right mood helps even the shyest people relax in front of the camera. My work always starts with people and their story.
