As a photographer I focus primarily on wedding photography — it’s the work that inspires me most and where I have the most experience. As a Lappeenranta-based wedding photographer I aim to capture the atmosphere of your day honestly and naturally; a documentary approach and natural light are central to many of my images. Presence is key to my style: I look for moments that tell a story — laughter, movement, a quiet glance, or an unexpected moment among your guests. How do I work? Before the wedding day we go through your wishes and the schedule so I know which moments are most important to you. A portrait session can be a calm moment before the ceremony, morning light, or the soft evening mood — we’ll choose a time and place that suits you. An engagement session is also a natural part of my offering: it’s a great way to get used to the camera before the big day and to create images that reflect your personality. I value flexibility: if your wedding day changes or is postponed, we’ll find a solution together. I’m willing to reschedule and can help find a replacement photographer if I’m unable to cover the new date. My goal is to make the photography as effortless as possible so you can focus on celebrating. Technically I invest both in the shooting moment and in careful post-processing. I want the final result to feel considered — images that are fresh but with that final polish that makes an album or digital gallery enjoyable. My portfolio includes examples from different seasons and settings; the Lappeenranta fortress, shoreline cliffs and wooded locations are places I often photograph and where the light works beautifully.
