Elisabethkuvaa specialises in wedding photography in Lappeenranta and the surrounding areas. My wedding photography emphasises a calm approach, presence and situational awareness — I aim to be unobtrusive in the moment while fully present for the creation of the image. How I work on the wedding day: we always begin with a conversation and pre-planning so I understand your wishes and the day’s schedule. An engagement session often serves as a great rehearsal: it helps us get to know each other and makes the camera-facing moments more relaxed before the wedding day itself. On the wedding day my presence is intentionally discreet yet active — I capture preparations, the ceremony, intimate moments and the looser, celebratory parts of the day as a whole. I operate locally in Lappeenranta but am happy to travel to nearby locations. While wedding photography is my speciality, I also photograph families and maternity sessions, which gives me a broader perspective on telling people’s stories and helps me create warm, timeless images.
