I’m Heikki Saarinen — a videographer and photographer based in Sastamala, Pirkanmaa. Wedding photography is one of my core passions: my aim is to capture the genuine emotions and moments of your day without unnecessary intrusion. I approach wedding photography with a relaxed attitude while always respecting the couple’s wishes — I want the shoot to feel like a natural part of your day, not an added stress. My specialities are documentary moments and wedding portraits. I photograph intimate scenes as well as grand emotions, seeking images that combine authenticity and atmosphere. Because I also produce video, I can, if you wish, combine photography and videography into a seamless package — wedding films complement the story told by photographs and bring your memories to life with motion and sound. My working method is practical and collaborative: we discuss your wishes in advance, go through the day’s schedule and agree on key moments, while leaving room for spontaneity. I welcome your ideas and suggest solutions that fit your style and timetable. Studio sessions are available in my home studio in Sastamala, but I also shoot extensively on location across Finland. Feedback from my clients matters to me — I never compromise on quality and aim for results that will still bring joy years from now. In the editing stage I focus on tones and atmosphere so the images tell your story as it was experienced.
