I’m Mirjami — a visual, feeling-led photographer and unabashed romantic based in Nokia — and wedding photography is my passion. I specialise in wedding and engagement photography, combining soft natural-light aesthetics, documentary sensitivity, and a restrained Nordic romanticism. Why choose me as your wedding photographer? My style is timeless — I aim for images that carry emotion and memory decades into the future. How do I work? First we meet and plan the day together so that the photography feels natural and relaxed for you. My services include engagement sessions, getting-ready moments, the ceremony and reception coverage tailored to your wishes. I gently guide you during shoots so you can be present without the pressure of posing — often the best images are those born from genuinely lived moments. I prefer working with soft natural light and on-location settings, though I also shoot in studio at Nokia’s Nansotalo and at various venues across the Tampere–Helsinki area. Creating a calm, warm photographic experience is important to me so couples and guests can show their true feelings. My experience and dedication to wedding photography also extend to teaching: I’ve shared my approach to couple direction with other photographers and was a finalist in the Finnish Photo Awards.
