Photographer & Videographer Lasse Simpanen specializes in wedding photography for Hollola and the surrounding areas. I work with both photo and video to ensure the atmosphere of your wedding day is captured in a varied and authentic way. My approach is genuinely documentary: I look for natural moments and honest emotion rather than staging every shot. At the same time I gently direct when needed to create calm, personal portraits that complement the day’s story beautifully. Why choose me as your wedding photographer? I make sure the photography stays unobtrusive and doesn’t interrupt the flow of your celebration unnecessarily. On the video side I produce atmospheric wedding films that bring the day’s sounds and movement to life. If desired, I combine photography and videography seamlessly, giving you both still memories and moving keepsakes. Aerial/drone photography is part of my service offering and works exceptionally well for showcasing ceremony and reception venues, as well as capturing landscape views. I operate in accordance with aviation regulations, handling permits, insurance and safety considerations so drone footage is delivered responsibly and professionally. My working style is calm and professional: we meet beforehand to discuss your wishes and timeline, and on the wedding day I am present discreetly but alert. I want the shoot to be an enjoyable experience — often the best images appear when a couple can simply be themselves. I also provide engagement and preparation shoots, which are a great rehearsal before the wedding day and add atmospheric material to your wedding collection.
