I am Inka Holck (formerly Salmirinne), a photographer based in Rovaniemi — wedding photography is both a core part of my work and one of my greatest passions. I turn one of the most important days of your life into images that feel timeless and true, so you can return to those moments with joy for decades to come. I approach wedding photography through natural storytelling. What matters most to me is authentic atmosphere: the preparations, the first meeting, the ceremony and the small glances and gestures during the celebration — those are the moments that make wedding photos meaningful. I combine a documentary approach with delicate portraits so we capture both spontaneous life and beautiful, refined images of the couple. I work calmly and encouragingly so it’s easy to be yourself in front of the camera. I don’t over-direct — I talk, laugh and look for light and moments together with you. Before the wedding day I always recommend a conversation and some planning: we’ll go through your wishes, the schedule and the locations so the day’s atmosphere is recorded in a way that feels truly yours. I also offer engagement and couple sessions, which are a great way to get to know each other and rehearse the relaxed atmosphere of your wedding shoot. Engagement photos are intimate and easygoing moments in which we build a visual story of your relationship together. While wedding photography is at the heart of what I do, I also shoot portraits and short films — if you’d like to combine photography with a short wedding video, we can plan a package that supports your vision. I mainly work in Rovaniemi and across Lapland, but I’m happy to travel elsewhere in Finland and internationally when needed.
