For me, wedding photography is more than a profession — it is a way of being present and recording genuine emotions. Documentary wedding photography and wedding portraits are especially close to my heart: I aim to photograph your day as it is experienced, in unhurried moments, natural interactions and small gestures that stay with you. My style is timeless and delicate. I look for atmosphere in the light, the location and the moments themselves rather than in heavy props. In portrait sessions I seek calm and interaction — the shoreline, a forest or an urban backdrop often work best — but I also find beautiful light indoors, even on overcast or rainy days. I love working with the last light of the day; the soft glow of sunset adds warmth and intimacy to the images. During the shoot I approach couples with warmth and composure. I give natural, encouraging guidance, but I also stay in the background when the priority is to capture spontaneous moments — laughter, glances and small touches. First-look moments, the ceremony, the reception and the evening’s final images can all be parts of the same story, and my job is to assemble them into a coherent, emotional whole. Technical and aesthetic finishing are an integral part of my service: I carefully edit selected images so that the mood and the narrative remain intact. I am used to working discreetly and respectfully at celebrations, with the sensitivity the occasion requires. I operate from Kouvola and photograph weddings both locally and at locations you choose. Because wedding photography is my main focus, I invest time in getting to know each couple and in planning photography that supports your day. In addition to weddings, I offer portrait photography, child and family photography, maternity and boudoir sessions, but weddings are where I especially want to be your trusted photographer.
